FAQs

Q: What type of medical services do you provide?
A: We provide both primary care and urgent care services. Primary care includes all your routine wellness checks along with helping you manage your chronic conditions. Our urgent care services include care for conditions that need immediate attention, but may not warrant a trip to the ER. These include, but are not limited to: treatment for cold, flu, allergies, asthma, sprains, cuts, minor burns, rashes, sore throat, vomiting, infections and more. We also offer onsite x-rays.

Q: What ages do you treat?
A: We accept patients ages 6 months and up for urgent care, and 18 years and up for Primary care.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment to be seen?
A: Urgent care visits do not require appointments, we welcome walk-ins. If you wish to be seen for primary care, please call to make an appointment.

Q: What Insurance do you accept?
A: We accept all TN Medicaid and Medicare and most commercial insurance.

Q: How much does a typical visit cost?
A: If you do not have insurance a visit costs $125. This includes all tests, procedures and injections done in the office. The only extra charges would be for labs sent outside of the office and x-rays, which are $50 per body part. If you have insurance, your cost will vary depending on your plan’s copays and/or deductible.

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Please be sure to have a photo ID and any insurance cards you may have.

Q: Can you be my Primary Care doctor?
A: Yes! We are currently accepting new primary care patients as long as you are insured. We apologize, but we do not accept self-pay primary care patients. You can, however, still be seen for any urgent care needs.

Q: Do you do physicals?
